Referral

At A and J Mental Health Services, we value our partnerships with mental health providers, case managers, and community organizations. We make the referral process simple and efficient to ensure that clients receive the support they need without delay. If you have a client who could benefit from Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), we are here to help. Our dedicated intake team will work with you and your client to ensure a smooth transition into our program.

Who Can Make a Referral?
We accept referrals from a wide range of professionals and organizations, including:
Mental health providers (therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists)
Case managers and social workers
Primary care physicians and healthcare providers
Community support organizations Housing support staff Family members (with client consent)

When to Refer a Client

Consider referring a client to ARMHS if they:
Have a mental health diagnosis that impairs their ability to live independently Are struggling with managing daily activities (e.g., self-care, medication, housing stability)
Have experienced a recent mental health crisis or hospitalization Need help with symptom management, emotional regulation, or coping strategies
Are transitioning from a structured environment (e.g., hospital, residential care) to independent living
